This year’s Forbes list of the world's most valuable teams is heavy with two kinds of football and features a new top squad. Can you guess which team, and which sport, nabbed the number one spot?

Sport: Football

City: East Rutherford, N.J.

Owners: John Mara, Steven Tisch

Value: $1.468 billion

Of the five teams that joined the NFL in 1925, the Giants franchise is the only one still in existence. Back then, they were worth about $500 (before inflation). The Giants share their home field MetLife Stadium with the New York Jets – the two teams privately funded its construction, and the surrounding land is on lease from the state of New Jersey.

Sports-wise, the Giants are among the most recently successful NFL teams in the top 10, having won two Super Bowl titles in the past six seasons.
