This year’s Forbes list of the world's most valuable teams is heavy with two kinds of football and features a new top squad. Can you guess which team, and which sport, nabbed the number one spot?

Value: $1.615 billion

A group including longtime MLB executive Stan Kasten and NBA legend Magic Johnson bought the Dodgers for $2.15 billion in the spring of 2012, a record price for the sale of a US sports franchise. But the ownership group wasn’t complaining: the steep purchase price included rights to the surrounding land, stadium ownership, and one of the most storied names in baseball. Furthermore, the Dodgers are close to finalizing a regional television deal with Time Warner Cable that could net the team another $6 billion over 25 years.
