What he’s doing: With Shaq the question should actually be, “What isn’t he doing?” since he always seems to be going in many different directions. Of late, he’s been seen as an NBA analyst on TNT telecasts. For years, though, he’s been a multipurpose TV, movie, and music personality, acting in movies, starring in his own reality TV show (“Shaq’s Big Challenge”), and recording several rap albums., including one that went platinum. In addition, he is constantly expanding his educational horizons. Most recently he earned a Ed.D from Barry University. Before that he got an MBA online from the University of Phoenix and completed training with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Reserve Academy. His next pursuit? Possibly a law degree.
