2. 'Alfred Hitchcock Presents'

The program, which ran from 1962 to 1965, featured a famous opening sequence in which a caricature of the director would be drawn, which Hitchcock would then step into and say, "Good evening." The show, which consisted of a new narrative every episode, featured the appearance of many actors of the time, including Ed Asner, Cloris Leachman, Peter Lorre, Joanne Woodward, and Dick Van Dyke. The show was revived in 1985 and aired from 1985 to 1989, switching from NBC to USA in 1987.
