Since 2012, Mercy-USA has been aiding Syrians who have stayed in the country. The charity focuses on monthly food deliveries and seasonal supplies (winter clothes, mats, blankets, etc.). Mercy-USA has recently opened a Mother and Child Health Clinic in Aleppo, a northern Syrian city.
