11. 'Heads in Beds,' by Jacob Tomsky

Debut writer Tomsky discusses his time in the hospitality industry in 'Heads in Beds,' which takes readers into the behind-the-scenes world of hotels and what really happens there. Tomsky remembers some crazy experiences and advises readers as to how they can enhance their hotel experience by getting off on the right foot with hospitality workers.
