George W. Bush has stayed away from publicly criticizing Obama. "The most he will say is, 'Well, I might have done it differently,'" a former adviser told Gibbs and Duffy about Bush. "But in most cases, like financial reform, he is big enough to add, 'Something had to be done.'"
