Elisabetta De Luca commutes from a village 75 miles outside London and said she boards the 7:06 train on the London to Norwich line every morning. Some things about it, said De Luca, are not enjoyable – passengers with reserved tickets can always claim a seat, even if you're already sitting there. But she said sometimes the passengers bond. "There'll be some young girls who reckon themselves like 'X Factor' somethings, and they'll start to sing and other people will join in," she said.
