Two Iranian nationals were arrested after being linked to an illegal shipment of 33 pounds of RDX explosives through Kenya’s main seaport of Mombasa. At an arraignment hearing the two were accused of having planned “acts intending to cause grievous harm,” and Kenyan police told reporters that they were seen driving past the British embassy, the Israeli embassy, and a Jewish synagogue in Nairobi.
