A boy wears a wig with Brazil colors during the 2014 soccer World Cup in Fortaleza, Brazil, Tuesday, June 17, 2014. Mexico faces Brazil today in Fortaleza.

After a US win against Ghana yesterday, which was not executed in the style coach Jürgen Klinsmann hoped for, day six brings another three-game lineup that remains free of political undertones:

- Belgium faces off against Algeria at noon EST at Mineirao Stadium in Belo Horizonte.

- Brazil takes on Mexico at 3:00 p.m. EST in the northeast in Fortaleza.

- Russia plays South Korea at 6:00 p.m. EST in the new stadium in Cuiabá.

All three games will be shown on ESPN and are also being streamed online for free in Spanish on Univison’s website. Experts are giving the edge to Belgium in the first match of the day, but Algeria may prove a more difficult opponent than those the Belgians faced in qualifying matches.

After a rocky start in its 3-1 victory over Croatia, which included a controversial penalty call and an own goal, Brazil and star player Neymar will face Mexico. It marks almost a year since the two teams met at the Confederations Cup, where Brazil took the win. The two teams also boast some of the biggest fan bases in the world, making this today’s game to watch.

Russian midfielder Alan Dzagoev is hoping for the best birthday gift possible: a three-point win against South Korea. That match will wrap up the day and the opening set of round-robin World Cup matches.
