Take pleasure in poetry
April is National Poetry Month. One good way to celebrate is by exploring a couple of in-depth poetry websites.
PBS has just created Poetry Everywhere (www.pbs.org/poetry), which features films of poets (including Robert Frost) reading their work, animated interpretations of loved poems (Emily Dickinson's 'I Started Early' is one), and celebrities reading poems they love.
The Poetry Foundation (www.poetryfoundation.org) has an extensive website that allows you to learn more about poets and their poetry. It includes audio, video, and podcasts, as well as a way to search for a poem by poet's name, title, category, first line, and occasion.
