The pita pocket PB&J offers a fresh take on, what is for many, a familiar lunchtime staple.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

     1 (6-inch) white or whole wheat pita bread

     3 tablespoons Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter

     3 tablespoons Smucker's® Seedless Strawberry Jam

     1/4 cup sliced ripe banana

     1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Directions

  1.  CUT pita bread in half crosswise. Separate cut edge gently to create two pita bread pockets.
  2. SPREAD peanut butter on top, inside surface of pockets. Spread jam on bottom, inside surface of pockets. Fill pockets with banana and strawberries.
