2 cups mixed nuts, unsalted (whatever you have on hand)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and then set in a nonstick pan over medium high heat, stirring, for 5 minutes.
2. Spread the nuts onto a piece of parchment paper and place in the freezer for 5 minutes until they cool and the honey hardens.
