1-3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup puréed strawberries
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
3/4 cup dried strawberries, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a loaf pan with baking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. Add the vegetable oil, pureed strawberries, vanilla, and eggs. Stir until well combined.
4. Add the mashed banana and dried strawberries. Stir until well blended.
5. Pour the banana bread mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for 60-70 minutes.
