4. Chocolate Covered Twinkies

6 Twinkies

11 ounce bag of chocolate chips

A dab (less than a tablespoon of shortening)

White candy melts

Raspberries (for garnish)

1. Melt bag of chocolate chips with shortening in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, till creamy.

2. Take unwrapped Twinkie, and using a spoon, drizzle the chocolate over till it is covered.

3. Lay on wax paper. Set in the refrigerator for a few minutes to help the firming-up process.

4. Drizzle some melted white candy melts on top, and artfully place a few raspberries.
