Makes 6 popsicles
1 quart of strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
Juice of 2 limes
Splash of water
1. Wash and stem strawberries. Put them in a blender or food processor with sugar, lime juice, and splash of water to loosen things up. Blend until very smooth, then pour into a popsicle mold. (I ordered mine on Amazon for about $12 and I love it. The popsicles pop out perfectly every time.)
2. Freeze until firm, 2-3 hours.
