Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.

More students are shifting from a four-year college model to transferring between multiple colleges and universities, or eschewing college altogether. As many young adults in the US today question the value of a bachelor's degree, high school students considering college around 2028 probably will have entirely different options for pursuing higher education.
