You asked, and Bill Clinton Hadam answered
One afternoon last month, after a snack, Bill and I sat down on the couch for our first long interview. Over the course of two half-hour sessions, he answered your questions about his life in Tanzania and here in America, for our latest audio slideshow.Bill, whom teachers have wryly called "a kinetic kid," is normally a squirmer. But in our interview, he patiently considered every question, and asked about the person who sent it in and any words he didn't understand. Then he answered those he could slowly and thoughtfully, with reflections on his life over the past nine years, his accomplishments, his hopes, and dreams - even his musical abilities. When we'd finished the whole list of questions, he said, sweetly: "Whew - that was hard work!"
