Come, Thou all-transforming Spirit,
     Bless the sower and the seed;
Let each heart Thy grace inherit;
     Raise the weak, the hungry feed;
From the Gospel, from the Gospel
     Now supply Thy people’s need.

O, may all enjoy the blessing
     Which Thy holy word doth give;
Let us all, Thy love possessing,
     Joyfully Thy truth receive;
And forever, and forever
     To Thy praise and glory live.
– Jonathan Evans, “Christian Science Hymnal” (1932), No. 42

“Your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.”
– Christ Jesus, Matthew 6:8, New King James Version

“God gives you His spiritual ideas, and in turn, they give you daily supplies.”
– Mary Baker Eddy, “Miscellaneous Writings 1883-1896,” p. 307
