You don't always need an advanced degree degree in order to make more than $100,000 a year. According to Glassdoor, a jobs and recruiting site, here are ten lesser-known occupations that earn a substantial salary. Can you guess which occupation is more lucrative than the rest? 

5. Special agent

Special agents investigate crimes and testify in court for government agencies, law enforcement, and private companies.  Agents work independently and with teams. Typically, agents have an undergraduate degree, as well as experience in law enforcement or the military.
