Aldi, a German discount grocery store chain, has 1,300 US locations and 4,000 locations worldwide. In an effort to attract more young people to work in its stores, Aldi offers college graduates District Manager positions that come with a company car, an iPhone, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an $80,000 annual salary. Aldi recently opened new locations in Florida and Texas.
