Being a parent is a job in itself. For working parents, it means that they are essentially working two jobs. Which small US cities are the best for working parents?

This suburb of Columbus may have a relatively high cost of living and child care compared with other cities in the top 10, but its median family income of $132,775 (about 60 percent higher than the national average) helps offset that. More than 46 percent of Dublin’s households have at least one child under 18, the second-highest rate of the top 10 cities.
