We broke down our list of 522 cities into large, medium-sized and small cities to find the 15 best cities for working women, starting from smallest cities to biggest.

Full-time, year-round working women in Richmond earn more on average than their male counterparts, which is a characteristic not many cities can boast. The biggest employer in Richmond is Chevron, while some of the other major employers include several government establishments.
