Cheek by jowl with Atlanta’s airport, College Park is a city of renters rather than homeowners. Two-thirds of its properties are rental homes and household income is nearly 40 percent below the US average. Still, the hometown of well-known R&B performers Ludacris and Monica has a stable population and offers great deals in housing.
