10 best books of February, according to the Monitor

Here are the 10 February releases that the Monitor's book critics suggest for your "must-read" list.

7. "Mr. and Mrs. Disraeli," by Daisy Hay

Benjamin Disraeli was a struggling novelist when he met Mary Anne Lewis, a well-to-do widow 15 years his senior. Biographer Hay (“The Young Romantics”) does a lovely job of chronicling this unlikely love story, complete with insights into life among the 19th-century British elite.
