"Parks and Recreation" star and writer Amy Poehler says listening to others is one of the best ways to improve as a writer. "Fight less, and be open to the fact that other people might have a better idea," Poehler said. "If you're a good collaborator, if you're open to new ideas and you keep trying, then you'll find there's a lot of different ways you can work as a writer."
