Judy Garland sings 'Over the Rainbow'

Composer Harold Arlen was behind "Over the Rainbow," and the sheet music for the song quickly became a bestseller. At one point, Arlen was stopped by a police officer for running a traffic light. The officer asked Arlen what he did for a living and Arlen told him he was a composer. "Oh, yeah," the officer replied, clearly not believing him. "I suppose you wrote 'Over the Rainbow,' too." Arlen told him that yes, in fact he had, but the officer still gave him a ticket.
