10 best books of March, according to Amazon's editors

Amazon editorial director Sara Nelson talks about the 10 new releases she's calling the best books of March. 

2. "Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead," by Sheryl Sandberg

Sandberg, the COO of Facebook has tackled a hot-button issue in "Lean In," her attempt to explain why – in this post-feminist age – there are still so few women in positions of leadership. "Sandberg is a very privileged person, who went to Harvard, worked at the White House," says Nelson. Consequently her explanation for the lack of women at the top – basically, women need to work harder, fight harder – will rankle some. But Nelson says that this remains a "very thorny issue" and she believes that "it doesn't matter who wrote the book, there would be controversy."
