3. Billy Corgan

Corgan, the front man for the Smashing Pumpkins, published a book of poems in 2004 called Blinking with Fists. The New York Times called it “vivid and angular and not much worse than many first books of poems that arrive with heady praise from the poetry world’s burghers.” Though the Times review mentions a possible novel, Corgan has not published anything since.
