This debut work by Hill is a memoir of her experience growing up in a highly placed family in the world of Scientology. Nelson said she's read other works on the religion but this account gave the best idea of what living life every day under the religion really means. "This is the one that makes the day-to-day-of it the clearest," says Nelson. The book answers question such as, "As a teenager, are you allowed to watch TV? Are you allowed to have a boyfriend?"
