7. 'Greystroke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes'

The 1984 film "Greystroke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes" featured actor Christopher Lambert in the title role and Andie MacDowell in her first film role as Jane, with Ian Holm playing the role of Philippe D'Arnot. The movie was nominated for three Oscars, including a Best Supporting Actor nod for actor Ralph Richardson in the part of the Earl of Greystroke, Tarzan's grandfather. Actress Glenn Close dubbed MacDowell's dialogue because of MacDowell's Southern accent.
