The first book of Suzanne Collins' 'Hunger Games' trilogy was published in 2008. Today all three series books – in which heroine Katniss Everdeen lives and fights in a futuristic North America – are still topping bestseller lists. And now on March 23 the movie adaptation of the first book of the series, "The Hunger Games," will be arriving at theaters. How well do you know "The Hunger Games"?
