Zack Colman, deputy editor (Washington), was a Knight Science Journalism fellow at MIT, a Bill Lane Center for the American West media fellow at Stanford University and has covered energy and environment policy from Washington, D.C., for the Washington Examiner, The Hill and Smart Grid Today.
