Weinberger, NATO ministers to sit down to A-strategy talks
Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger arrived in this lakeside Italian resort Wednesday for a NATO defense ministers' nuclear planning meeting expected to focus on weapons control and missile deployment.
A US-led task force will report on increased security measures being taken at nuclear sites in Western Europe. Mr. Weinberger was also expected to brief the NATO ministers on a new Soviet nuclear buildup.
